Our Green Efforts

Carbon emissions are a major contributor to Greenhouse Gases and the team here at Dayal Lodge are trying to reduce the amount of carbon we use by making the following promises

• We use energy saving lights (CFLs) in our office and switch off all unnecessary lighting at night.

• We never leave equipment switched on or leave equipment on standby at night in our offices.

• We use recycled paper in our printers.

• We recycle/reuse as much waste as possible.

• We promise to plant at-least 10 trees every year and as many small plants as possible through out the year.

We have recently installed a silent low-emission generator for continuous power backup, and also a solar water heater of a higher capacity replacing our old high electricity consuming  water geysers.  Mark it as an another accomplishment for us in order to establish ourselves as a Green/Comfortable/No-cost-for-the-frills Accommodation Provider.

Greener the place, healthier the guests !!!
