General Hotel/Booking Information

• This is an informatory website of the lodge, we do not sell/ or intend to sell the accommodation through the online conversation etc. nor does take responsibility of any misunderstanding (regarding reservation/rates/hotel or the place) what so ever, occurred in the general online conversations of the hotel personnel with the any viewer of the website who so ever.

Booking Confirmation

• Your booking will be confirmed in writing, fax or email. To confirm the booking we will require the rent to be deposited in advance <In a standard booking process the estimate of which is sent to you through email or snail mail by us>, which may be sent to us through;
• In case of Indian Citizens: Cheque/DD - payable at par in Agra in favor of Dayal Lodge
• In case of foreign tourists: A copy of first page of their passport of every guest coming, to be sent by email or faxed.
• Payment: All payments are made in cash/ traveler’s cheques/ DD.

Early Check in

• For arrivals prior to designated time, room availability can not be guaranteed but we shall be happy to store your baggage and provide you assistance with places of interest near by, on most of the occasions we do provide the accommodation for a charge.

Check out

• Check out time is 12.00 noon. Late checkouts are chargeable in every case

Parking

• We have a reserved parking space for each room.

Elevator

• The Hotel doesn't have an elevator, there are two floors in the hotel with 10 convenient stairs cases to first floor.

Smoking

• Smoking is allowed in the Hotel except a few areas/rooms.
  

Additional Beds and Policies

• Guests requiring an additional bedding in their room can request them at a cost of Rs.100.00/bed. In one room can be placed max. 1 extra bedding, two children accompanied with both parents has to be accommodated in 2 rooms.
• Children aged between 0 yrs and 11.9 years of age can stay free of charge.
• Children aged between 12 yrs and 17.9 years of age can stay for an additional surcharge of Rs.50.00 to the room.
• Guests aged 18 and over are considered adults in relation to the room capacities at Dayal Lodge.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% payment for the first day of proposed stay and 20% payment for the remaining days. Where as the Hotel authorities at anytime, if feel so, without assigning any reason, may cancel the reservation and inform the party, and for such act the hotel owners or the authorities shall not be liable for any penalty, only the amount (if any) received in advance shall be refunded in full on presentment of the receipt issued in lieu of advance received.
